BodyProFtL specializes in all of the components that it takes to be successful in the personal training field. Whether your dream is to lose weight, gain muscle or just look and feel better, BodyProFtL’s individualized personal training programs are guaranteed to help you achieve your dream or you will receive a full refund.
Each program starts with a comprehensive physical evaluation that includes assessing posture, flexibility, core function, strength, balance and movement skills. From this assessment an individualized fitness program is developed for YOUR body. Whether you chose to train on a regular basis with one of Fort Lauderdale based trainers or perform your program on your own, the program will be video recorded with either your own personal smart phone or on a mini-disc so that the program may be reviewed at any time.
In addition, assessment of your nutrition and lifestyle is also performed and an individualized, easy to use nutrition program is designed. We exercise anywhere from 1-7 times a week; however, we eat at least 21 times a week. Nutrition is the most important part of a personal training program.
