The Program
The average physician visit in the United States is 6 minutes and the average physical therapy visit is now 15 minutes. Some physical therapists are now seeing 40-60 clients per day. At Body Pro Fort Lauderdale a complete, detailed assessment is the driving force behind the programs. All clients receive a full evaluation including assessments and measurements for posture, flexibility, strength, core function, balance, special orthopedic tests if needed and movement screens. All clients complete a comprehensive Health Appraisal Questionnaire, health history and a nutrition and lifestyle log. This information along with the physical assessment helps determine the stress load on the system and can help dictate the exercise program.
Body Pro Fort Lauderdale gives full attention to every detail of body transformation, from assessment, to program design and especially during the one-on-one training sessions. People are getting injured with fad boot camps, cross fit classes and trainers receiving certifications on line. It is impossible to get a driver’s license on line so why give a license on line to drive the human body? Fitness professionals should be highly educated and at Body Pro Fort Lauderdale education and experience is our top priority.
Body Pro Fort Lauderdale has testimonials from professional athletes to weekend warriors, as well as older adults to juniors with dysfunction. Whatever the dream or goal is, Body Pro Fort Lauderdale’s trainers are the best in the business.
